(2) whether he will permit the disused Tea House in Kensington Gardens to be used under suitable conditions as a children's play centre.
§ Mr. MellishThis building has not operated as a catering establishment since 1964, but has been used for other Parks purposes. I am considering its future, including the proposal for a children's play centre.
