§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he has taken on the Scottish Special Housing Association recommendation that men 44W working on storm damage repairs should wear safety harnesses with life lines until scaffolding platforms are erected.
§ Mr. RossI understand that the Association has instructed its employees working on roof repairs to wear safety harness. There is no question of recommendations being made to me.
