§ Mr. Elystan MorganSection 223 of the Road Traffic Act 1960 confers power only on a police constable in uniform; but other provisions, for example Section 14 of that Act, are not restricted in that way. Perhaps the hon. Member will let me know what circumstances he has in mind.
