§ Mr. FoleyAs at the 1st November, 1968, 17,219 copies of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Letter were distributed by Her Majesty's Government through the Central Office of Information's Overseas Affairs Mailing List to 8,559 addresses in the United Kingdom. Recipients include universities, education officers, school teachers, public libraries, political parties, Members of both Houses of Parliament, trade unions, voluntary organisations such as the British Atlantic Committee, representatives of industry and local government, as well as the Press and private individuals. Apart from these, the Armed Services receive over 5,900 copies.
