§ Mr. CarmichaelNo. As the hon. Member for Southgate (Mr. Berry) was told on 11th November, infilling is only one of several possible ways of dealing with this canal. The Waterways Board are at present considering these in consultation with the riparian local authorities. No decisions of any kind have yet been taken.—[Vol. 777, c. 26–7.]
