§ Mr. MulleyAs I told the hon. Member in the House on 3rd December, Alginate Industries had until then made only a very tentative approach to the Governor. I have since seen reports of a further approach by the firm to the Governor. The firm have been asked for details of their proposals, and I am seeking the Governor's views on them.
