§ Miss BaconI am now considering the situation created by the Leicester authority's decision to reject a reorganisation scheme devised by the Education Committee. I am aware of the need for some additional secondary school building in the City but I am not yet ready to take decisions on the proposals submitted for the 1969–70 school building programme.
