§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyAt 1st December, there were seven Board of Trade advance factories unoccupied, at Ashington, Aycliffe, Blyth, Sunderland, Team Valley, Teesside and Workington. They had been ready for occupation for an average of thirteen months. In addition to advance factories, the Board 566W of Trade nearly always has some older factory space available which arises because of tenancy changes.
