asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the individual local authorities in Scotland who have taken advantage of the provisions in the appropriate Act to levy rates on unoccupied property.

The following is a list of the local authorities in Scotland which indicated in response to a Departmental circular issued in November, 1967, that they had decided to rate unoccupied property. More up-to-date information will become available early next year.
