Rear-Admiral Morgan Giles

asked the Minister of Transport whether he will postpone his decision on the future of the Mid-Hampshire railway line until a satisfactory train service has been restored and has been in operation for at least six months, so that an estimate of the potential usage and profitability of this line can be made.
