Dr. Ernest Davies

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what amount of money spent by Lancashire County Council from its rate fund was provided by the Exchequer and what was obtained by levying the rate in each of the years 1960–61 to 1967–68; and what the corresponding amounts are estimated to be for each of the years 1968–69 and 1969–70.
