§ Mr. DellInformation on expenditure on plant and machinery approved for investment: grant is provided by regions486W for the financial year ended 31st March, 1968, in the second Annual Report by the Board of Trade under the Industrial Development Act, 1966. All machinery and plant is labour saving in the sense that it performs processes which otherwise would be done by hand.
