Earl of Dalkeith askedthe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when he will implement the recommendations of the Maxwell Stamp Report on credit facilities for farming cperations.
§ Mr. John MackieMy right hon. Friend and his colleagues have this Report under consideration. They expect early in the New Year to make known their views to the agricultural co-operative organising bodies who commissioned the Report, and also to the Central Council for Agricultural and Horticultural Co-operation to whom the Report was referred for advice at the request of those bodies.
