HC Deb 04 December 1968 vol 774 c481W
74. Mr. Hastings

asked the President of the Board of Trade what steps he intends to take to prevent dumping of Common Market agricultural surplus on the British market this winter.

Mr. Dell

If the British producers affected apply for anti-dumping duties with supportingprima facie evidence the Board will consider the case urgently. Anti-dumping action will be taken if the Board are satisfied that dumping is causing or threatening material injury to the British producers of the like goods, and that such action would be in the national interest.
