§ Mr. RossA special programme of road improvements, costing £1.7 million and designed in co-operation with Scottish Pulp (Development) Limited to serve the needs of the Corpach mill, has been virtually completed. In addition, as part of our ordinary programme, the Government are spending more than £4 million a year on road and bridge works in the Highlands, much of which benefits timber traffic.
