§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary arrived in India yesterday. I look forward greatly to visiting India myself when this can be arranged, but I cannot yet forecast when this is likely to be. We are examining the possibility of a visit to the Seychelles by one of my colleagues early next year.
