§ Sir R. Russellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what reply he has sent to the letter sent to him by Mr. Nigel Harvey, honorary secretary of the Disabled Drivers' Motor Club, urging him to increase the allowance for users of invalid tricycles, and to introduce a similar allowance for those eligible for cars at state expense.
