§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether in the light of the further credit restrictions and fiscal policies proposed on 22nd November, he will now take steps to stop banks and other organisations sending out unsolicited appeals to persons, and advertising to the public in general, to apply for unrestricted credit.
