§ Mr. SnowThe Hospital Building Programme (Cmnd. 3000), shows phases of the new hospital at Macclesfield in the higher class of priorities following the period up to 1969–70. There has been no change. Under present proposals construction time is likely to be 2–3 years for the first phase and 3–4 years for the second.
