§ Sir R. Russellasked the Postmaster-General why letters addressed by Mrs. Morrow, of H. Parfitt and Son, Limited, of Wembley, to Mr. A. F. Parsons, in Salisbury, Rhodesia, and vice-versa, have not been received by either addressee for more than two years.
