§ Mr. Elystan MorganOn the authority of a warrant issued by a magistrate at Bow Street. The warrant was endorsed for bail, but the prisoner was unable to find the necessary surety until 26th April, when he was released. I will write to my hon. Friend about the circumstances of the case.
