§ Mr. CroslandThe accounts are not yet completed but the cost to public funds is expected to be a little over £30,000. I attended the first week of the conference accompanied by my hon. Friends the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs and the Parliamentary Secretary for Overseas Development.
