Member for West Ham, North advising him of the receipt of his letter of 8th April concerning the National Theatre Project and pointing out that this was a matter for the Secretary of State for Education and Science; and whether he will ensure that his officers act more expeditiously in deciding what 95W falls within their Departmental responsibilities.
