Mr. Brooksasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the large number of serious accidents which have occurred in recent years at Need-wood crossroads, Bebington; and what proposals he has for emergency safety measures pending the completion of the Mid-Wirral motorway in the early nineteen-seventies.
