§ Mr. MacArthurasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish a White Paper, setting out the increased costs that have fallen on the service industries in Scotland through Selective Employment Tax, extra transport taxes, extra fuel and power charges, and extra postal charges, since the publication of Command Paper No. 2864 concerning the place of the service industries in the Scottish economy.
