§ Mr. Edward ShortMy Department's cost limits for educational buildings contain an element for car-parking designed to cater for essential users. I do not think that educational funds should be used to provide car-parking accommodation going beyond this. Subject to this limitation it is for local education authorities to decide what to provide.
