§ Mr. Farrasked the Minister of Power what is the total number of receiving aerials and the total number of relay aerials which have up to now been erected in relation to the telemetric control of underground gas pipelines.
§ Mr. GunterI am informed that the gas industry has erected relay aerials on 31 masts or structures on gas industry sites. In addition aerials have been erected on 24 existing masts owned by other radio users. Transmitting and receiving aerials, in general similar in size to domestic television receiving aerials, have also been erected at 56 telemetric terminal sites.
