asked the Minister of Overseas Development what adjustments he has made to grants to the Solomon Islands, the Gilbert and Ellice Islands and the New Hebrides, as a result of devaluation.

In the year just ended, budgetary grants have been increased by about 4 per cent. Allocations of aid for the current year have been increased by about 13 per cent. overall. I will, with permission, circulate detailed figures in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
