§ Mr. K. RobinsonI have no knowledge of a productivity pay scheme for domestic staff employed by Portsmouth Group Hospital Management Committee. A work study of portering services was undertaken to improve methods and organisation of work but the recommendations were not linked to a productivity pay scheme.
