§ Mr. Bagierasked the Minister of Technology whether, in view of the fact that the German shipbuilding firm R. Heinstahl, Nordseewerke, Company of Emden is attempting to recruit 1,000 skilled shipyard workers in the North-East to work in Germany, he will press 243W forward with the regrouping of the shipbuilders on the Wear under the Geddes proposals, in order to provide for a more stablised work force in the industry.
