§ Mr. MacCollThe net number of applications received by the Rent Officer for Gateshead from the coming into operation of the Act until 22nd March, 1968, was 373. The Rent Officer has made determinations in 260 cases, of which 124 resulted in reductions on the previous rent, 64 in increases, and 26 in no change; in 46 cases applications were supported by a Certificate of Fair Rent. There were 113 cases in hand.
