HC Deb 09 April 1968 vol 762 cc222-3W
Mr. Randall

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many cases have been dealt with by the rent officer in Gateshead; in how many cases reductions and increases, and no change in rent, respectively, has resulted; and what is the number of cases awaiting decision.

Mr. MacColl

The Rent Officer has made determinations in 260 cases, of which 124 resulted in reductions on the previous rent, 64 in increases, and 26 in no change; in 46 cases applications were supported by a Certificate of Fair Rent.
