§ Mr. Templeasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many cases of foxes burrowing into burial pits and removing parts of carcases of animals buried in recent foot-and-mouth outbreaks have been brought to the attention of his Department.
§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesNo reports of foxes burrowing into burial pits have been received by my Department. On one occasion foxes did gain access to incompletely burned carcases on a burial site where the remains had been temporarily buried.
