Osbornasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what dispensation he is giving to companies who, through circumstances beyond their control, have been unable to ship goods abroad before 225W 1st April and obtain the export rebate which has made it possible for certain manufacturers to take on these export orders in the first place.
