§ Mr. FreesonOn the basis of energy conversion factors appropriate to the United Kingdom, in 1966, coal accounted for 76 per cent. in the United Kingdom, approximately 55 per cent. in the United States of America, approximately 50 per cent. in the European Economic Community and approximately 25 per cent. in Japan.
