§ Miss BaconHertfordshire Education Authority propose to employ approximately 348 more teachers in 1968–69 than in 1967–68, of whom rather less than half will be part-timers. I understand that a proposal which would have involved employing in total about 520 additional teachers, was not proceeded with.
