Action which might be taken to achieve this is being considered by the Sub-Committee on the use of university capacity set up by the Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals, referred to in the reply to my hon. Very different considerations apply to schools but I shall continue to encourage the use of school facilities for other purposes so far as this is practicable.
