HC Deb 05 April 1968 vol 762 c162W
Mr. William Price

asked the Minister of Transport whether a start on the Blue Boar flyover on the A45 near Dunchurch has been delayed as a result of economy measures.

Mr. Carmichael

As a part of the economy measures, some items in the regional programme of schemes costing under £250,000 in which this scheme would fall, are having to be deferred. While the Blue Boar flyover, costing about £150,000, was not actually in the programme and will therefore not be specifically deferred, its eventual starting date will be later as a consequence of these adjustments than it otherwise would have been.
