asked the President of the Board of Trade if agreement has been reached on the terms of transfer of Turn-house Airport, Edinburgh, from his Department to the British Airports Authority; and if he will make a statement.

Officials of the Department and of the Authority have reached agreement on what they consider would be appropriate terms of transfer. I am now studying these and will make a further statement as soon as possible.
