It describes the criteria for pay increases, the ceiling on increases and the exception for productivity agreements which conform with the guidelines laid down by the National Board for Prices and Incomes in its Report No. 36. These guidelines relate to all productivity agreements regardless of the proportion of imported materials used in the enterprises concerned.
