asked the Minister of Power what he calculates the effect to be of the exclusion of fuel and ash handling charges on the estimated cost of electricity sent out from the Cottam and Ratcliffe-on-Soar coal-fired power station.

As Cottam and Ratcliffe are both coal-fired stations, fuel and ash handling charges cannot be excluded.
