Mr. Hannan

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will provide a table showing for each of the last three years at any convenient date the number of qualified applicants who applied for admission to the diploma course at each of the teacher training colleges, how many were accepted and how many were sent to other colleges because of lack of accommodation, and of those admitted, how many had qualifications equal to those necessary for entry to a university.
