§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsHer Majesty's Government are actively considering their policy towards this most interesting subject in the light of the proceedings of thead hoc Committee, in whose work our Mission to the United Nations is cooperating fully. Many new and exciting ideas are being put forward and we want to take these into account.
