§ Mr. LoughlinThe main work of the Council is carried out through specialist sub-committee meetings. The full Council met once during 1967. The sub-committee met on five occasions. The proceedings and conduct of the Council and its subcommittee are matters for themselves but I understand that meetings last for approximately two hours.
