Mr. J. T. Priceasked the Minister of Social Security if she is aware of the great dissatisfaction which exists about the effect of the operation of the graduated pension provisions of the National Insurance Act; and if, in view of this continued criticism, she will give an undertaking to suspend the provisions until such time as the new scheme of National Insurance is embodied in legislation.
§ Mrs. HartNo. I do not think my hon. Friend's suggestion would help the development of our social security scheme.
