§ Mr. Gordon WalkerThe College of St. Mark and St. John, at present in London, has reached agreement with the City of Plymouth to move the College to a site at Plymouth. Consultations are proceeding and I shall be prepared to authorise the provision of premises for a college of 750 places in the first instance, with the possibility of subsequent expansion if circumstances warrant it.
