§ Mr. Cordleasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he is aware that officers on active service abroad do not have the same facilities for study and courses prior to taking the examination for entry to the Staff College; and what steps he is taking to see that such officers' chances are not jeopardised by their services abroad.
