Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Minister of Transport whether she is aware that the British Airport Authority is now considering the possible future development of a special airport primarily devoted to air cargo in connection with which external road links will be of paramount significance; and whether she will make a statement with regard to the development of this plan.

If such an airport were established, it would, wherever it was sited, clearly require adequate road access.
