Sir J. Langford-Holt

asked the Minister of Labour (1) what is to be the establishment of the Agricultural Training Board; and what are to be the salaries of and expenses allowable to its officers;

(2) what was the cost of acquiring and adapting the buildings required for the headquarters of the Agricultural Training Board; and what will be the annual cost of maintaining the buildings and of producing the board's newssheet.

These matters are the responsibility of the Training Board and are not reserved by the Industrial Training Act for my approval. Some relevant information is given in the Board's Report and Statement of Accounts for the period ended 31st March, 1967, which was published in September as House of Commons Paper No. 566.
