Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Minister of Transport when consideration will be given to providing a footbridge over the A316, near the Winning Post public house.
§ Mr. CarmichaelThis is a matter initially for the Greater London Council as highway authority. I understand that the Council are formulating proposals for a footbridge at this point. We will consider such an application if and when it is submitted to us.
