§ Mr. Roy JenkinsYes. I have already instructed immigration officers to give effect to this recommendation. I shall shortly lay before Parliament a White Paper embodying the necessary amendments to the published Instructions to Immigration Officers under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act (Cmnd. 3064).
